History of Trustmark Investment Advisors, Inc.
Trustmark National Bank has been offering investment management services
since 1949. With the passage of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act in 1999,
Trustmark Investment Advisors, Inc. (TIAI) was incorporated as a
registered investment adviser. Operations commenced in 2001, with TIAI
serving as investment adviser to The Performance Funds. TIAI provides customized investment management services for Trustmark National Bank's Trust Group's clients. Clients of the Trust Group include
individuals, institutions, foundations, endowments, and charitable
organizations. Today, TIAI has approximately $3 billion in assets under
management.

Douglas H. Ralston, CFA
Mr. Ralston is President of Trustmark’s Wealth Management Division with over $8 billion in assets under administration and management. Mr. Ralston continues to serve as President and Chief Investment Officer of Trustmark Investment Advisors, Inc., registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a division of Trustmark Wealth Management. Mr. Ralston joined Trustmark in 1991 and has over 24 years of capital markets experience including investment banking and trust asset management. He earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1993. He is a graduate of Murray State University and holds a BS degree in Economics and Finance. Doug has served on the Board of Directors of the CFA Society of Mississippi and is a member of the CFA Institute. He also serves as an instructor for the Southern Trust School.
Heath R. Jordan, CFA
Mr. Jordan is a Vice President and a member of the Portfolio Management team for the Large Cap Equity Fund, Mid Cap Equity Fund, and Leaders Equity Fund. Mr. Jordan joined Trustmark in 2001 and has over eight years of experience in the investment industry including securities analysis, asset allocation, and quantitative modeling. He is a graduate of Belhaven College with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Mr. Jordan is currently a board member of the CFA Society of Mississippi.
Robert H. Spaulding
Mr. Spaulding is a First Vice President and Trust Investment Officer. He is a Co-Portfolio Manager of the Short Term Government Income Fund and the Intermediate Term Income Fund. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a B.B.A. degree in Business and the National Trust School at Northwestern University. Mr. Spaulding has over 31 years of trust and investment related experience. His primary responsibilities involve wealth management for individuals, endowments, foundations, self-insured workers compensation funds, and various governmental entities.
Gerald L. White
Mr. White is a Vice President and Trust Investment Officer and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. He also received his juris doctorate degree from Mississippi College and is a member of the Mississippi State Bar. Gerald is also a graduate of the Northwestern University National Graduate Trust School. He has over 33 years of experience in trust and investment management. His primary responsibilities include managing individual and institutional investment accounts.
C. Joseph Farrell, CPA (Non-practicing)
Mr. Farrell is a Vice President and Trust Investment Officer. He graduated from the University of Memphis with a BBA and an MBA in Accountancy. Joe has over 30 years experience including 10 years in lending services and 8 years in investment management at Trustmark. He was a National Bank Examiner for 10 years. He is responsible for individual and institutional investment account management.

Kelly J. Collins
Mr. Collins is a Vice President and joined Trustmark in 1991. He is the Portfolio Manager of the Money Market Fund and Co-Portfolio Manager of the Short Term Government Income Fund and the Intermediate Term Income Fund. Mr. Collins has over 16 years of experience in the investment management industry. Additionally, he is responsible for managing individual and institutional investment accounts specializing in fixed income investment management. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Banking and Finance and Managerial Finance.
Ben Edwards
Mr. Edwards, a Vice President and portfolio manager with Trustmark since 1999, is a member of the Performance Leaders Equity Fund team. He also manages personal trust and institutional accounts and serves as an investment strategist. He has 15 years of experience in the investment management industry including both brokerage and trust experience. He is a graduate of Stetson University with a BBA in Finance.
Phyllis S. Saxton
Ms. Saxton is a Vice President and Trust Investment Officer. She has over 17 years of trust investment experience in equity and fixed income trading and currently manages fixed income portfolios for individuals. She received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Belhaven College and has attended two years of Cannon Trust Investment School.
Drew P. Cleland
Mr. Cleland is an Investment Officer and a member of the Portfolio Management Team for the Large Cap Equity Fund, Mid Cap Equity Fund, and Leaders Equity Fund. He joined Trustmark in 2003 and has four years of investment experience. Mr. Cleland is a 2003 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a BBA degree in Economics and a 2006 graduate of Millsaps College with a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
J. Richard Lee
Mr. Lee is a Securities Analyst for Trustmark Investment Advisors, Inc. and joined Trustmark in 2006. He has over five years of banking and investment industry experience. He is a 1999 graduate of Mississippi State University with a BBA degree in Banking and Finance and a 2002 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and MIS.
Andrew Hoeniges
Mr. Hoeniges is a Securities Analyst for Trustmark Investment Advisors, Inc. and joined Trustmark in 2006. He is a 2002 graduate of Mississippi State University with a BBA in Finance and a 2006 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Masters in Business Administration.
